Multifamily Entourage™ was built by Chad Anderson, CCIM,
a 30+ year multifamily owner and operator. Chad is not a coach
or commentator. He is an active buyer and operator. Between 2006
and 2012, during the last major real estate collapse, Chad and his
firm, Real Estate Investment Services, worked directly on the
bank and government side of the market.
